Since many of our products are customized according to your specific needs and designs, they are non-returnable and cannot be used by anyone else. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will offer complete assistance in resolving the issue and ensuring the product is corrected.
Return policy
Customized uniforms made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you believe an item is defective, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assess the case and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are applicable under the following conditions:
- If you receive a different size than what was ordered
- If you receive a different colour than what was ordered
- If the product has a manufacturing defect
Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase and only if the product is in new condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
When exchanges will not be processed
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in courier services
- Customized or bulk orders produced after approved sampling, except in cases of manufacturing defect
Bulk orders and sampling
For team and corporate orders, we strongly recommend using our free sampling service before production. This lets your staff confirm fit across the size range and reduces the need for post-delivery exchanges.
