EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are applicable under the following conditions:
- If you receive a different size than what was ordered.
- If you receive a different color than what was ordered.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect. Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase and only if the product is in new condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice. Exchanges will not be processed in the following cases:
- Items that have been worn or washed.
- Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in courier services.
