GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS AND SCOPE
A. S.U.G. INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD, trading as Uniform.lk, operates the online store
www.uniform.lk (hereinafter "Uniform.lk"). The offerings on this website are exclusively for end users of legal age. Goods will be sold in normal quantities, and these Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts made via uniform.lk as well as all business relationships between Uniform.lk and its customers. We do not accept any other terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS, LANGUAGE, AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
A. The contractual partner for all transactions on Uniform.lk is S.U.G. INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD.
B. Contracts are concluded in English, and the Uniform.lk website operates exclusively in English.
C. By placing an order and clicking "order" or "buy now," you make a binding contract offer. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, but this does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance is confirmed when the goods are shipped.
D. In the event of pricing errors due to technical issues, Uniform.lk reserves the right to cancel orders. Any payments made will be refunded promptly.

PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
A. The prices listed on Uniform.lk at the time of your order apply. These prices exclude taxes, and the final price (including taxes) will be displayed at checkout.
B. For returns, please contact Uniform.lk customer support at support@uniform.lk.

PAYMENTS
A. Uniform.lk offers credit card, debit card, and net banking payments. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods for specific goods.

DELIVERY
A. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure delivery is possible during regular working hours.
B. Delivery timelines are provided on the product pages. Uniform.lk aims for prompt delivery, but some products may require longer timelines due to availability.
C. Uniform.lk is not liable for sourcing risks related to product descriptions. We are only obligated to ship from available stock or stock ordered from suppliers.
D. Shipping may also occur from Uniform.lk's own production facility.
E. Shipping times may be affected by force majeure events, including strikes, official interventions, or unforeseen business complications. We will communicate such delays promptly.
F. Uniform.lk reserves the right to cancel orders due to customer error. Payments made will be refunded or credited depending on the scenario.
G. If you notice any transport damage, notify both the deliverer and Uniform.lk as soon as possible. This will not affect your warranty rights but will help Uniform.lk file claims with the supplier.
H. All delivery times apply after order confirmation from Uniform.lk. 

RETENTION OF TITLE
A. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment.

LIABILITIES
A. Uniform.lk is only liable for intent and gross negligence, unless fraudulently concealed damages, damages to health or life, or damages arising from breaches of essential contractual obligations occur.

B. If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund the full amount. Refunds will be processed through the payment method used during the original transaction. FINAL PROVISION A. If any part of this agreement is deemed legally void, the rest of the contract remains valid. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that reflects the original economic purpose. B.
